Drop$teals Legal Policies

These policies are designed for the Drop$teals Shopify store and cover returns/refunds, shipping, privacy, and terms of service. Replace the bracketed business/contact information before publishing.

1. Refund & Return Policy

At Drop$teals, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must generally be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other materials supplied with the product.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care, fitness, pet, food-contact, or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return. Gift cards and products specifically marked Final Sale are also non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Drop$teals Customer Support promptly.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the merchandise was damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns. Drop$teals will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping when we determine that an item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
