We bought this to replace our old vibration plate that started making noise. Unfortunately this one on the highest setting barely matches our previous machine on its lowest. The vibration is so weak it feels more like standing on a mildly annoyed washing machine than exercise equipment. Completely underwhelming. We returned it immediately in the original packaging and followed the return instructions exactly as listed. The seller denied the return without any clear explanation and kept the product. So i paid for something that did not perform as advertised and never saw a refund. Very disappointed with both the seller and the lack of meaningful support from aliexpress. Returns may look easy on paper, but apparently they can simply keep your product and your money. Buyer absolutely beware.
